Zombie modes have become a staple and fan favorite of Call Of Duty since Call Of Duty: World At War. The intense action and ever growing odds and skill required to progress makes it a fun cooperative experience. Now Call Of Duty: WW2 has a chance to return to the World At War setting and tell their own version of Nazi Zombies with Army Of The Dead.
The news of the leaked trailer comes from AllGamesDelta where the video was posted and shown. It looks like it may be an internal trailer as it has a second counter in the bottom right that counts from the moment the trailer starts. Either way, the video was pretty intense. Check out the trailer below while it is still available.
The trailer shows a dark bloody laboratory where Richtofen creates his super soldiers. It looks a lot more darker than anything we’ve seen previously in a Zombie mode from any Call Of Duty team. Sledgehammer likes to go big, or go home. So hopefully this will be incredible. Fans will notice the voice sounds very familiar, Richtofen might make a triumphant return as the big bad for this set of Zombie maps, which would be more than welcomed as he is a fan favorite. We are also shown a glimpse of what appears to be a menacing super soldier with a weapon-like arm trouncing around the map.
The trailer was set to release during San Diego Comic-Con, during a reveal dedicated to the mode, but it looks like it made it online a bit early. Call Of Duty: WW2 is set to release on November 3rd for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
